We are looking at how wayfinding can use different senses other than sight, so we were looking at sound and how this could be incorporated into the wayfinding system, we are going to create a QR coded system where you log onto an app and it directs you where to go from there.
i have created some mockups of what the app would look like and how you would get around using it. The app would appear from QR codes that will be placed in reception and around the building. An option menu will then appear to take you to wherever you want to go. The app will then guide you with sounds to get to where you want to go. There will be options to listen to the lecturers, past students and hear samples of each courses work. The app will be great for visitors and new and perspective students.
