Stress Management

What scares you?
-faliure to complete workload 


What stresses you out?
-my workload

What do you do to de stress?
-socialise with friends
-watch tv

What negative thought have you had today?
-I have so much work to do!

After Sharing our answers with the rest of the group I realised that everyones answers were pretty similar and we are all going through the same thing. This made me feel a bit more settled about the course and the workload because i know i am not alone when it gets tough!
